Please complete the application below to apply to be a tour guide for The Peachtree Trolley (Applications will not be reviewed unless all information is provided.)

Peachtree Trolley tours take place in Downtown Atlanta
Our team consists of city Ambassadors who love, respect and promote Atlanta day in and day out. If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, we look forward to you joining our team.

Job Description

To provide a unique experience by offering guided tours via The Peachtree trolley tours of Atlanta.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain standards of guest services and consistent positive guest experience per Peachtree Trolley policy
  • Provide city history and insight into the culinary scene
  • Attend and participate in monthly meetings
  • Make guest experiences unforgettable from start to finish. This includes engaging and encouraging guests, giving a safe, informative, and entertaining tour, and taking responsibility for all guests and equipment
  • Offer personal recommendations to guests regarding restaurants, museums, and attractions for those visiting Metro Atlanta
  • Basic office work to check in guests, take payments, and keep things running smoothly as needed.
  • Occasional cleaning, stocking, and organization of the office and machines.

Qualifications

  • Must have lived in Metro Atlanta for at least 2 years
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be able to communicate verbally clear to our guests, and multi task effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
  • Passionate about both Atlanta and its history
  • Passionate about the culture and food scene of Atlanta
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A safety first mentality at all times
  • An ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
