ATL-Cruzers office in Downtown Atlanta

Since 2010, ATL-Cruzers has offered the top rated tours of Atlanta, highlighting its unique history, culture, architecture and culinary scene.

Our team consists of city Ambassadors who love, respect and promote Atlanta day in and day out. If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, we look forward to you joining our team.

Job Description

To provide a unique experience by offering Segway Tours of Atlanta. Pay beginning at $50/tour (3.5 hour tour).
Safely guide small groups for up to 2 tours per day, averaging 3 hours per tour.
Deliver memorized tour content to small group
Engage with tour participants to offer city-wide recommendations

Responsibilities

Maintain standards of guest services and consistent positive guest experience per ATL-Cruzers policy
Provide city history and insight into the culinary scene
Attend and participate in monthly meetings
Guides must be able to stand for extended periods, have a valid drivers license, communicate verbally clear to our guests, multi task effectively
Responsible for opening and closing procedures of Segway Tours
Maintain clear communication with managers and guests
Maintenance of all Segways
Monitor cleanliness of inside and outside of equipment
Promote Segway tours, Electric Car Tours
Able to ride a Segway and become an instructor to lead Segway

Qualifications

Valid drivers licenses
Able to lift and lift up to 75 pounds
Able to stoop, stand, push, pull and walk or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to hear, smell, have good or corrected vision, and a good sense of balance
Associate must have a valid drivers license, communicate verbally clear to our guests, and multi task effectively
