ATL-Cruzers office in Downtown Atlanta

Since 2010, ATL-Cruzers has offered the top rated tours of Atlanta, highlighting its unique history, culture, architecture and culinary scene.

Our team consists of city Ambassadors who love, respect and promote Atlanta day in and day out. If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, we look forward to you joining our team.

Job Description

To provide a unique experience by offering Electric Car tours of Atlanta. Hourly pay beginning at $15/hour, and paid training.
Safely guide small groups for up to 3 tours per day, averaging 1.5 hours per tour.
Deliver memorized tour content to small group
Engage with tour participants to offer city-wide recommendations

Responsibilities

Maintain standards of guest services and consistent positive guest experience per ATL-Cruzers policy
Provide city history and insight into the culinary scene
Attend and participate in monthly meetings
Make guest experiences unforgettable from start to finish. This includes engaging and encouraging guests, giving a safe, informative, and entertaining tour, and taking responsibility for all guests and equipment
Offer personal recommendations to guests regarding restaurants, museums, and attractions for those visiting Metro Atlanta
Basic office work to check in guests, take payments, and keep things running smoothly as needed.
Occasional cleaning, stocking, and organization of the office and machines.

Qualifications

Valid drivers licenses
Must have lived in Metro Atlanta for at least 2 years
Clean driving record
Must be able to communicate verbally clear to our guests, and multi task effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
Passionate about both Atlanta and its history
Passionate about the culture and food scene of Atlanta
Strong leadership skills
The ability to learn how to drive our electric car
A safety first mentality at all times
An ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
